Privacy Policy

Who we are
Built Digital Engineering Ltd ("we", "us") is a UK-registered technology company. We operate cadenceaec.com and build the Cadence Productivity Pack and related software. If you need to contact us about your data, write to support@cadenceaec.com.
What we collect
When you sign up for the Cadence Productivity Pack early access, we collect:
- Email address (required, used to send your download link and product updates if you consent).
- First name (required, used to personalise the welcome email).
- Company / organisation (required, used to understand who is trialling the product).
- Country (required, used for regional analytics and future pricing/region-targeted communications).
- Marketing consent flag (optional checkbox at signup).
- Source URL and UTM parameters (auto-captured from the page you arrived on, used for marketing attribution).
- Approximate geographic region derived from your IP address (country only — we do not store the raw IP for more than 30 days).
- User-agent string from your browser (used for support diagnostics and device-type analytics).
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract — to deliver the installer download link you requested.
- Legitimate interest — to track product usage analytics and understand who our early-access users are.
- Consent — to send you marketing communications (only if you check the box at signup). You can withdraw consent any time.
Retention
We keep lead and event data for as long as the early-access programme runs plus two years after public launch, after which inactive records are deleted. Raw IP addresses are processed to country and discarded within 30 days of capture.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@cadenceaec.com with the subject line "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party processors:
- Supabase (database hosting, EU region).
- Vercel (web hosting and edge CDN).
- Resend (transactional email delivery).
- Plausible / Fathom (cookieless web analytics; no personal data leaves the browser).
Cookies
We do not use analytics cookies on cadenceaec.com. We use cookies only where essential (e.g. when you sign in to the Cadence app — not on this landing page).
Changes
When we publish the formal privacy policy at public launch, this placeholder will be replaced. We will email everyone on the marketing list with a summary of any material changes before they take effect.
