Terms of Use

The Cadence Productivity Pack is software you install on a Windows computer to extend Autodesk Revit. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use it at your own risk and verify outputs before relying on them for production work.

You are receiving access during the closed early-access phase. The software is pre-release and may contain bugs, unfinished features, or behaviour that changes without notice. We may release updates, change pricing, or end the early-access programme at any time.

The installer and software are provided for your own evaluation. Do not redistribute, resell, or share the installer outside your organisation. If a colleague wants a copy, point them at cadenceaec.com/productivity-pack so we can capture them in the early-access list and email them updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built Digital Engineering Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the software (which is zero during early access).

A formal end-user licence agreement will be issued before public launch. Continued use of the software at and after public launch will be subject to that agreement. You will be notified by email before any material change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
